  • Its role sits above moderated members and assigned roles.
  • The log channel accepts messages and embeds.
  • Dashboard access is limited to the owner, Manage Server members and explicit grants.
  • A controlled test account is available.

Protection policy

  • The category threshold begins at a justified value, normally 90%.
  • Observe, review and enforcement modes match the written rules.
  • Spam and mass-mention behaviour has been tested separately.
  • The broad link filter is only enabled where external links are prohibited.
  • Image, nickname and join controls have documented exceptions and recovery.

Accountability

  • Warning escalation is documented.
  • Moderators know case removal does not always undo punishment.
  • Eligible members can reach the private appeal process.
  • Accepted reversals are checked against real server state.
  • False-positive corrections receive a clear note.

Operations and review

  • Status and support links are available to staff.
  • Statistics are interpreted as aggregate context.
  • Discovery claims and server descriptions remain accurate.
  • Every major change is retested.
  • The policy and documentation have a named owner and review date.
