Use the official hosted bot

Open Stoatmod's official bot profile and choose the server you manage. Stoatmod is not currently open source, so public setup covers use of the hosted service rather than downloading or running its internal services.

Installation sequence

    Invite Stoatmod

    Use the official profile linked from this site and select the intended server.

  2. 02

    Confirm the bot is connected

    Check that Stoatmod appears as a member before troubleshooting configuration.

  3. 03

    Review the created role

    Place it above the members and automatic roles it must manage.

  4. 04

    Grant required permissions

    Use the permissions guide as the source of truth rather than granting an undefined administrator role.

  5. 05

    Run the installation audit

    Resolve every permission and hierarchy finding before moving to configuration.
